Clyde Fugate, 84, of Bonita Springs, FL, passed away January 21, 2019. Formerly of Centerville, IN, he had been a Bonita Springs resident for the last 35 years. He was born October 8, 1934 in Butterfly, KY, the son of Fred and Georgia (née Napier) Fugate.

Clyde was a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps. He is survived by his loving children, Vicki (Keith) Stephenson, Jim (Dee) Fugate, Sharon Robbins and Jama (David) Jones; his sisters, Genevieve (the late Pearl) Collins and Reba (the late Eli) Bowling; and many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Donna J. (née McGunnegill) Fugate in 2012.

A Funeral service will be held Thursday, January 24, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at the Naples Christian Church, 8000 Goodlette Road N, Naples. Vistitation for family and friends will be held at the church from 10:30 a.m. until the time of the service. Military Honors rendered by the United States Marine Corps will follow the service.

Private burial service will take place at the Sarasota National Cemetery, Sarasota, FL. Memorial contributions be made to Hope Hospice, www. hopehospice.org.
