Colleen K. Orman, 64, of LeClaire, Iowa, passed away on Friday, September 28, 2018 at the University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics in Iowa City, Iowa. Funeral services will be held at 5:00 p.m., Saturday, October 6, 2018 at McGinnis-Chambers Funeral Home in Bettendorf. Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. until the time of the services on Saturday at the funeral home.

Memorials may be made to the family. Colleen was born on December 19, 1953 in Davenport, a daughter of Bert & Barbara (Shipley) Moore. She was united in marriage to Danny D. Orman on May 3, 1975 in Alexis, Illinois.

He preceded her in death on April 15, 2017. A loving homemaker, Colleen had cared for countless children throughout her life. She was always willing to help anyone out where needed.

Those left to honor her memory include her daughter, Wendy Orman of LeClaire; her son, Danny R. (Vanessa) Orman of Bettendorf; her adopted son, Todd Jones of Iowa City, Iowa; her grandchildren, Alysha, Mya and Emma; an adopted granddaughter, Katie Weeks; her mother, Barbara Moore of LeClaire; her sisters, Penny (Bill) Liebbe of LeClaire and Bonnie (Bob) McCrady of LeClaire; her brother, Terry Tague of LeClaire; her sisters-in-law, Sally Moore of Bettendorf, Andrea (Steve) Grupe of Bettendorf and Becky Ervin of Pleasant Valley; her brothers-in-law, Albert Maxon of Eldridge, Missouri and Bruce (Victoria) Orman of Springfield, Illinois; and many nieces and nephews.
