Conda L. (Haler) Hubbard, 78, of Henderson, Kentucky, formerly of Evansville, Indiana, passed away Sunday, September 9, 2018 at her home. Conda was born in Richmond, Indiana on August 26, 1940 to the late Robert James and Naomi (Rust) Haler. She was a beautician and owned a beauty salon.

Conda owned rental properties, acted as a landlord and worked as a guard for the state penitentiary. Conda enjoyed traveling, going out to eat, and socializing with friends and family. She was a very… Read More » devoted mother.

Conda is survived by her son, James Clay Graw (Traci) of Evansville, IN; grandchildren, Taylor James Graw of Marion, KY, Odessa Von Tress Sandefur of Henderson, Ky, Mallory Davis, and Winston Reid both of Evansville, IN; great-granddaughter, Luna Davis of Evansville, IN; nieces, Kathy Tuttle of Ft. Meyers, FL, Jeannie Hurst of Lafayette, IN, and Deborah Sue Gabbard of Ft. Meyers, FL; and a nephew, Randy Haler of Cambridge, IN.

Conda was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Doris Jean Gabbard; and a brother, Robert Gene Haler. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Thursday, September 13, 2018 at Browning Funeral Home, 738 Diamond Ave. , Evansville, IN 47711 with Pastor Steve Clayton officiating.

Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery. Friends may visit from 11:00 AM until service time on Thursday, September 13, 2018 at Browning Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to Vanderburgh Humane Society, PO Box 6711, Evansville, IN 47719.
