West Columbia – Cynthia “Cindy” Williams Ricard left us to join her beloved husband, Bobby, on Monday, May 14, 2018. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, May 18, 2018 at Barr-Price Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel. The family will receive friends 1 hour prior to the service.

Burial will follow in Celestial Memorial Gardens. Cindy spent much of her adult life selflessly caring for her grandmother, mother and husband. In the final days of her battle with cancer her family took great joy in returning the favor.

Cindy was a strong, amazing woman who many strive to emulate. Cindy was born on August 16, 1948 to the late Algie Gene Williams and Lila Ernestine “Tina” Williams. She was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Robert Richard Ricard and sister, Janet Williams Johnson.

She leaves to cherish her memories, her children Billy (Joan) Ricard, Loretta (Lewis) Noles, Charlie (Jimmy) Ricard and Kim (Dan) Hart; brother, Rusty (Debra) Williams, sisters, Kathy (Phil) Ames, Becky (Kenny) Buckner, Kay Strickland and Gail (Jerry) Peacock. She will be forever remembered as Grammy to her grandchildren Bailey, Brandon and Ben Noles and Kelsey Ricard. To the joy and light of her life, her only great-grandchild Grady, she will always be Ma-Ma.
