Madison – Dale Alan Gulvik, age 55, passed away on Saturday, April 21, 2018 at Agrace HospiceCare in Fitchburg following a long battle with cancer. Dale is the son of Sigurd (deceased) and Shirley (Cook) Gulvik. He was a talented self-employed dry waller/finisher and painter by trade.

He loved hunting, fishing and picnics with family, friends and his beloved deceased dog Thor. Dale took great pride spending time with is seven nieces and nephews. He was a lifetime Eastsider.

He is survived by his mother Shirley; siblings, Mike, Greg (Rita), Julie, Randy and Jen (Tom Proebstle) Gulvik; nieces and nephews, Christopher (Amanda), Stephanie, Ashley, Ben (Maggie) and Lindsey Gulvik, Brad (Tara) Zemp and Jodie (Luis) Garcia; great nieces and nephews, Matthew, Carson, Peyton, Ruby and Margot. He is further survived by many other relatives and friends. We are all thankful Dale suffers no more and is at peace.
