David Baxter Musgrave, 64, of rural Evansville, passed away Saturday, May 11, 2019 at his home surrounded by family. David was born April 18, 1955 in Evansville to the late Baxter Shelby and Lucille M. (Remke) Musgrave. He worked as a pharmaceutical sales representative for Teva Pharmaceuticals.

Surviving David are his wife of 29 years, Pat (Nicely) Musgrave; three sons, Lee Musgrave, Cole Musgrave and Quinn Musgrave; one sister, Kathy (Frank) Kanowsky and two brothers, Daniel Musgrave and Donald (Mary Jo) Musgrave. Funeral services will be held at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, May 15, 2019 at Pierre Funeral Home, 2601 W. Franklin Street. Friends may visit with the family from 3:00 until 7:00 PM on Wednesday at the funeral home.

Entombment will take place in St. Joseph Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Posey County Community Foundation, Katie Kanowsky Scholarship Fund, 402 Main Street, Mt. Vernon, IN 47620 or to Weekday Christian Education, 2001 Bayard Park Drive, Evansville, IN 47714.
