David E. Laws March 3, 1949 – June 5, 2018 SOUTH BEND – David E. Laws, 69, residing in South Bend, Indiana passed away Tuesday, June 5, 2018 at Golden Living Center, Mishawaka, IN. David was born on March 3, 1949 in Berea, KY to the late Eugene Laws and Verna Mae (Bagwell) Laws and has lived in this area since 1990, coming from Michigan City, Indiana. David worked for many years as an LPN at the Sanctuary at St. Paul, retiring in 2010.

He is survived by his twin brother, Donald Laws of Smiths Grove, KY as well as his brothers Ralph Laws and Eugene Laws; and his sister Juanita Godsey all of Monticello, KY. He is also survived by friends, Diane Sears of Nancy, KY and Shawn Kelly of Shipshewana, IN. David was preceded in death by his life companion, Robert L. Bluhm, on August 17, 2017.
