Obituary for Dawn Crouse Dawn Crouse, 50, of Anderson, passed away after an extended illness, June 12, 2018 at Saint Vincent Anderson Regional Hospital Anderson, IN. She was born, April 27, 1968 in Anderson, Indiana and resided most of her life in Anderson. Dawn graduated from Madison Heights and Ivy Tech Community College.

She served her country in the Air National Guard. She worked in medical records for 20/20 Eye Physicians in Indianapolis. She was a member of the Valley Grove Free Will Baptist Church and currently was attending the Church of the Later Day Saints in Anderson.

Dawn is survived by her children, Stephen Polisky of Anderson, IN, Britney Polisky of PA, parents, Susan (Green) and Clifford (Jay) Crouse Jr. of Anderson, grandmother, Eula Pierce of Anderson, special friend, Wayne Goodson of Anderson, two sisters, Michelle (Larry) Drechsler of Anderson, Wendy (Larry) Cook of Anderson, two grandchildren, Michael and Conner. She was also survived by a niece, Olivia and 3 nephews, Jake, Cameron and Eddie and many special friends, family and her fur babies, Gabby and Max. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Billy Pierce and a grandmother, Violet Crouse.

Visitation will be held from 9:30 to 11:30am on Friday, June 15, 2018 at Loose Funeral Homes & Crematory, Anderson, IN. Services will be held at 11:30am on Friday at the funeral home with Rev. John Crisp officiating.

Burial will take place in the Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery, Anderson, IN. www. loosecares.com.
