Diana J. Shrader, 67, of South Bend, passed away Sunday evening, December 16, 2018 at the Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center – Mishawaka. Diana was born November 10, 1951 in Bremen, Indiana, to James W. and Joan (Neher) Fisher. She graduated from Bremen High School.

On July 14, 1973 in Bremen, Indiana, she married David R. Shrader, he survives. Diana was a cashier for Meijer for twelve years. She absolutely loved her three grandchildren and was a big supporter of the United Youth Theatre.

Surviving is her husband of forty-five years; David R. Shrader of South Bend, mother; Joan Christman of Mishawaka, son and daughter-in-law; David E. (Amy) Shrader of South Bend, daughter; Dawn Shrader of Mishawaka, son; Dustin Shrader of Mishawaka. Also surviving are her three grandkids; Drake, Brody, and Peyton Shrader, two brothers and sisters-in-law; Brian (Stacy) Christman and Jeff (Paula) Christman all of Mishawaka. Diana was preceded in death by her father; James Fisher.

Graveside services will be at 11:00 AM, Saturday, December 22, 2018 at Southlawn Cemetery, 61300 U.S. 31 South, South Bend, with Rev David Shrader officiating. Memorial contributions may be directed to the United Youth Theatre, P.O. Box 1143, Notre Dame, Indiana 46556. Palmer Funeral Home – Guisinger Chapel, 3718 South Michigan Street, South Bend, Indiana, 46614 is assisting the family with arrangements.
