A native of Carter County, she was a daughter of the late Dennis & Carolyn Brewer Blackburn. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother: Brownlow Brewer.

She loved to listen to music. Survivors include her brother: John Blackburn, a sister: Shirley Blackburn both of Elizabethton. Several nieces & nephews including a special niece Becky Blackburn.

Her Uncle & Aunt: Max & Aline Weber, Johnson City. Funeral Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday January 29, 2019 in Memorial Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Scott Hayes officiating.

Entombment will follow in the Mausoleum of Hope, Happy Valley Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until the service hour in the funeral home. Condolences may be sent to the family at our web-site www.
