Clella May Grindstaff June 23, 1945 – January 05, 2019 Share this obituary Sign Guestbook| Send Private Condolences Clella Mae Burchfield Grindstaff, 73, Elizabethton, passed away Saturday, January 5, 2019 in the Johnson City Medical Center. Born June 23, 1945 in Robbinsville, North Carolina to the late Sam & Effie Prince Burchfield. Clella was a graduate of Mountain View High School in North Carolina.

She had lived in Elizabethton since 1965. She was a retired beautician. She was of the Baptist Faith.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter: Stephanie Renee Grindstaff and a brother: Kenneth Burchfield. Survivors include her daughters: Amie Grindstaff Markland (Jeff) and Renee Grindstaff Mullins (Adam) all of Elizabethton. Five Grandchildren: Landon Pearson, Stephanie Pearson, Adam Mullins, Chandlor Mullins and Zeth Mullins.

Her Siblings: Barbara Self, Axielee Garland, Geter Burchfield and Nettie Cable. Several nieces & nephews including a special Niece: Tanya Rhea. Funeral Services will be conducted at 7 p.m. Wednesday, January 9, 2019 in Memorial Funeral Chapel with the Rev.
