Lovie Novella Tolley Calvin June 16, 1939 – January 02, 2019 Share this obituary Sign Guestbook| Send Private Condolences Lovie Novella Tolley Calvin, 79, Elizabethton, passed away Wednesday, January 2, 2019 at her residence. A native of Hampton, she was a daughter of the late Tilson Lincoln Tolley and Lindie Clark Tolley Vance. She was a homemaker.

Mrs. Calvin was a member of Fairview Free Will Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: David C. Calvin and an infant daughter: Bethie Christine McClellan. Survivors include her children: Windell “J.B.” Tolley and Barbara Jean Palin, Linda Mozella Jackson & husband Bobby, Barbara Erlene Grimmett, John Lincoln McClellan & wife Hilda Diane, Timmy Kail McClellan & wife Teresa, and Timmy McClellan & Christie Metcalf.

A sister: Ruby Ellison, a brother: Earnest Tolley. Several grandchildren & Great Grandchildren. Several nieces & nephews.

Funeral Services will be conducted at 7 p.m. Saturday in Memorial Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Gary Whitehead officiating. Graveside Service and Interment will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, January 6, 2019 in the Brownlow- Tolley Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be selected from family and friends. The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m. Saturday in the funeral home. Family and friends will assemble at the cemetery at 1:50 p.m. Sunday.
