Mary Lou Guy Nave October 02, 1952 – January 03, 2019 Share this obituary Sign Guestbook| View Guest Book Entries| Send Private Condolences Mary Lou Guy Nave, 66, Butler passed away Thursday , January 3, 2019 in the Sycamore Shoals Hospital. A native of Carter County, she was a daughter of the late Hubert & Lockie Trivette Guy. She was an employee of Elk Mill General Store.

Mary was a member of Piney Grove Church of Christ. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Michael Dan Nave, August 13, 2013 and by Three Brothers: Glen, Herman & Henry Guy and one sister: Frankie Harmon. Survivors include Two Sons & Daughters-In-Law: Steve & Christy Nave, Hampton and Phillip & Amy Nave, Elizabethton.

Two Brothers: Raymond Guy & wife Christine and Richard Guy all of Butler. One Sister: Sylvia Potter, Hudson, North Carolina. Graveside Service will be conducted at 12 Noon Monday, January 7, 2019 in the Guy Cemetery, Butler with the Rev.

Ronnie Campbell officiating. Burial will follow the service. Active Pallbearers who are requested to assemble at the cemetery at 11:50 a.m. Monday will be: Joseph Hatley, Scott Potter, Gary Potter, Tony Guy, Todd Guy, and Terry Guy.

Honorary Pallbearers will be: Ty Potter, Zack Potter, Phil Nave, Josh Potter, Jason Potter and Matt Guy. The family will receive friends from 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home. Family and friends will assemble at the cemetery at 11:50 a.m. Monday.
