Obituary for Donald “Don” Curtis Donald “Don” Curtis age 80, of Bluff City passed away Sunday, December 16, 2018 at Bristol Regional Medical Center following a brief illness. He is the son of the late Clark and Sue Day Curtis. In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by a son; Donald Martin “Marty’ Curtis Jr., two brothers and two sisters.

Mr. Curtis served his country in the U.S. Navy. He was a retired machinist and an avid hunter. Those left to cherish his memory include his wife of sixty years Joyce Curtis of the home, daughter; Tracy Stacy (Dale)of Pontotoc MS, three grandchildren; Holly Morgan (Wesley), Justin Stacy, Caleb Stacy, two great-grandchildren Sawyer & Salem Morgan, five nephews; Jay, John & Jimmy Curtis, Dexter & Dean Dishner.

He is also survived by several nieces. A service to honor the life of Mr. Curtis will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 19, 2018 at Tetrick Funeral Home – Bluff City Chapel. A visitation will be held prior to the service from 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. or the residence at anytime.

A graveside service will be conducting following the service at Sunrise Cemetery in Bluff City. Pallbearers will be selected from family and friends. The family would like to express a heartfelt thank you to all of Don’s special friends that have helped during his illness.
