Donald “Donny” Ray Wetherald, 54, passed away on Sunday, January 6, 2019, at his home in Lebanon, Indiana. He was born in Liberty, Kentucky on October 31, 1964, a son of Wilma (Summers) Dickerson and the late William Wethington. Donny was a 1983 graduate of Lebanon High School.

Following school he enlisted in the U.S. Army, serving his country honorably for four years. He worked at Mallory Controls in Frankfort and also did construction and concrete work. Donny was a longtime resident of Lebanon and enjoyed fishing, woodworking and hanging out at Club 39.

Family and friends were very important to him and he will be greatly missed. Survivors include: Mother: Wilma Dickerson – Lebanon, Indiana Stepfather: John (Diane) Dickerson – Lebanon, Indiana Brothers: Jim Wetherald – Arizona William Wetherald – California Two nieces, one nephew, and numerous cousins In addition to his father, Donny was preceded in death by two brothers, Virgil David Dickerson and John Wetherald; and a sister, Debbie Wetherald. Memorial Services will be held at Myers Mortuary in Lebanon at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, January 14, 2019 with visitation from 3:00 p.m. until the time of service.

Myers Mortuary and Boone County Crematory have been entrusted with his arrangements. Memorials may be made to Myers Mortuary, 1502 North Lebanon Street, Lebanon, IN 46052 to assist the family.
