Obituary for Donna Jo Lloyd Taylor Donna Jo Lloyd Taylor, 69, of 116 Oakhaven Dr., Danville, VA, died on Friday, June 15, 2018 at Duke Medical Center in Durham, NC, after a decline in health for the past four months. Ms. Taylor was born in Danville, VA, on November 18, 1948, a daughter of the late William Edward Lloyd and the late Ernestine LuElla Shumate Lloyd. She had lived in Charlottesville, VA for several years before moving back to Danville.

She was of the Christian Faith. She loved spending time with her family, friends, and neighbors. Survivors include a son, Jonathan Taylor and wife Stacey; a daughter, Melissa Taylor; four grandchildren, Mikayla Taylor, Annabelle Blankenship, Brantley Cockman, and Layla Cockman; a brother, William Edward Lloyd, II and wife Rosanne; two nephews, Thomas and Kevin Hill; and special friends, Kathy Davis and Evelyn Collins.

A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at 10:00 A.M. at the Wrenn-Yeatts Westover Chapel with her son, Jonathan Taylor officiating. A private interment will follow the service. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
