Donna Mae Waldron Madaj, passed away June 1, 2018 in Syracuse, Utah. She was born on October 10, 1940 in Caruthersville, Missouri to Marvin “Dutch” and Viola Tackett Waldron. She graduated from Caruthersville High School.

Donna married Stanley Madaj II on June 24, 1961 in Caruthersville, Missouri. She was a member of the Catholic Church. She enjoyed reading, gardening, traveling, collecting, and family research.

Donna is survived by her husband of 57 years, Stanley Madaj II; son, Stanley Madaj III; daughter, Patricia; grandson, Benjamin; brothers, Dennis and Keith Waldron. She was preceded in death by her parents, Dutch and Viola Waldron. A special thanks to One Care Utah Hospice, Davis Hospital ICU, Dr. Mark Anderson, and Dr. Chris Anderson.

Donations can be made to the American Cancer Society. Graveside services will be held Wednesday, June 6, 2018 at 2:30 p.m. at Syracuse City Cemetery, 1250 South 1000 West. Syracuse, Utah.

Family and friends may gather Wednesday from 1 to 2 p.m. at Myers Mortuary, 250 North Fairfield Road, Layton, Utah.
