Obituary for Dorothy “Dot” Krug Gunder Dorothy “Dot” Krug Gunder, 92, of Summerville, wife of the late Martin W. Gunder, passed away on November 12, 2018 at her residence. Family and friends are invited to attend her visitation on Thursday, November 15, 2018 from 6 to 8 o’clock at James A. Dyal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 16, 2018 at 9 o’clock at St. Theresa the Little Flower Catholic Church, 11001 Dorchester Road, Summerville, SC 29485.

Burial will follow at Dorchester Memory Gardens, 11000 Dorchester Road, Summerville, SC 29485. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice Intrepid, 2694 Lake Park Drive, North Charleston, SC 29406 or Stingray Hockey Donation, 3300 W. Montague Ave. Suite A-200, North Charleston, SC 29418 Dot was born on February 24, 1926 in Dayton, OH, daughter of the late Frank and Dorothy Krug.

She was a South Carolina Stingray Hockey fan since day one and held season tickets since the very beginning. Survivors include: four children: David M. Gunder (Joann), Deborah L. Gunder, Teresa Gunder Norwood (Dale) and Kathie Gunder Earhart (Frank); nine grandchildren: Leah Gunder, Lori Waller, Linda Gunder, Scott Ridgeway (Lori), David Ridgeway (Amy), Sara Cox, Geoffrey Cox (Ashley), Erin Cox and Brandon Martin Earhart (Sara); twenty-one great grandchildren; and three great great grandchildren.
