OBITUARY Dorothy “Dotty” Foskey August 21, 1958 – December 30, 2018 Dorothy “Dotty” Foskey, 60, of Mardela Springs passed away Sunday, December 30, 2018 at Peninsula Regional Medical Center. Born in Blue Ridge, GA she was the daughter of the late William “Bill” and Frankie Hill. Dotty worked for Peninsula Eye Center for 14 years.

She was an avid Raven fan, loved music and dancing. Most of all she was a loving wife, mother, and grandma. She is survived by her husband of 28 years, Richard Foskey; two daughters, Amy Daisey and Ashley Lynch; two grandchildren, Alana Foskey and Olivia Lynch; sister, Wanda Baker; brother, John “Billy” Hill and his wife Robyn; brother-in-law, Ernie McCann; nephew, John Hill and wife Amber; nieces , Danielle Hill and Sarah Smack; and great-nephew, Cayson.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Janet McCann. Private family services will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in memory of Dotty to the Kidney Foundation, www.
