Dorothy G. Schultz, 91, of South Bend, Indiana, passed away Sunday, November 18, 2018 at Hearth at Juday Creek in Granger, Indiana. Dorothy was born February 16, 1927 in Wanatah, Indiana, to the late Arthur and Nellie (Hammersley) Goodwin. She married Robert Schultz in October of 1958 in Knox, Indiana; he preceded her in death on December 30, 2013.

Dorothy was a homemaker, a beautician and also was a clerical bookkeeper. She enjoyed cooking and baking. Surviving is a daughter and son-in-law; Sharron (Vincent) Kertes of Cassopolis, Michigan, son and daughter-in-law; Jim (Vanessa) Kosanovich of South Bend, two step-sons; Ron (JoAnn) Schultz of Plymouth and Mark Schultz of Overland Park, Kansas.

Also surviving are five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband; Robert Schultz, daughter; Linda Kosanovich, step-daughter; Janice Hite, and two sisters; Florence Poston and Lois Clark. A memorial service will be at 11:00 AM, Saturday, November 24, 2018 at Palmer Funeral Home – Guisinger Chapel, 3718 South Michigan Street, South Bend, Indiana 46614.

Family will receive friends on Saturday at the funeral home beginning at 10:00 AM until time of service. Burial will take place at a later date at Southlawn Cemetery. Memorial gifts may be offered to the Harbor Light Hospice, 1820 East Day Road, Mishawaka, Indiana 46545.
