Doug was born May 28, 1980 in Farmington, Connecticut, son of Mark Edward Jessell and Joyce Faye (Wenzel) Jessell. Surviving with his mother of Bluemont, VA and his father of Delray Beach, FL are a sister, Anne Jessell Lloyd of Ellicott City, MD; and a brother, Robert Hugh Jessell of Arlington, VA.

A brother, Daniel Fermon Jessell, preceded him in death. Services will be private.
