E. Dwayne Singley, age 75 of Ellicott City, MD, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at St. Agnes Hospital in Maryland. Born in Gettysburg on Saturday, December 26, 1942, he was the son of Lydia (Rinehart) Singley of Fayetteville and the late Edward D. Singley. After graduating from Biglerville High School in 1960, he earned his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Drexel Institute of Technology in 1965.

His love of restoring antique clocks and tractors led him to be a member of the Antique Farm Machinery Club and Museum in West Friendship, MD. Dwayne is survived by his wife of 50 years, Judith A. (Oertel) Singley, children, Erick D. and wife Susan Singley of Frederick, MD and Jill S. and husband David Urwin of Ontario, Canada, grandchildren, Will and Peter Singley, Taralynn and Ava Urwin, siblings, Bonnie and husband John Gildersleeve of Hershey, Sue and husband Richard Hartman of Arendtsville, Sandra and husband Gerald Pitzer of Biglerville, Brenda and husband Darren Smith of Hartville, OH, Deborah and husband Michael Ernst of Grove City, OH, Wallace and wife Kathy Singley of Biglerville and Kimberly and husband Tobin Wagner of Wilmington, NC, plus extended family. Professional services are entrusted to Dugan Funeral Home, Inc., 111 S. Main Street, Bendersville.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 AM on Saturday, April 21 at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, 126 Church Street, Bendersville with Reverend B. Wesley Smith officiating. Interment will be in Bendersville Cemetery. A viewing will be held at the church on Friday, April 20 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.

A Celebration of Dwayne will be held at Antique Farm Machinery Club and Museum at a later date.
