Obituary for Edward F. Bourke Edward F. Bourke, 83 of Mount Pleasant died Wednesday April 4, 2018 in the Senior Care Center, Brunswick, GA. He was born August 22, 1934 in Herminie a son of the late John and Mary Kubic Bourke. Ed was a retired custodian for the Mount Pleasant Area School District and had also worked for Federal Pacific Electric.

He was a veteran of the US Navy serving during the Korean War. He was a member of he Mount Pleasant Fireman’s Club and a member of the Mount Pleasant Church of God. He is survived by his children, Keith Bourke and his wife Traci of Melbourne, Fl.

, Kimberly Grindle ad her husband A. Bruce of Mount Pleasant, Kelly Cox of Brunswick, GA. and Kendra Kelley of Greensburg; his grandchildren, Terry Cox and his wife Jane , Ashley Kelley, Melissa McDonough and her husband Devin, Derek Kelley and his wife Ashley, Leah Bourke, John Bourke, Tara Cox, Heather Kelley, Zachary Kelley and Christopher Kelley and wife Dakota; six great grandchildren and three brothers, Thomas Bourke and his wife Catherine of Ogden, Utah, Patrick Bourke of Laurel, MD and John Bourke and his wife Barbara of North Carolina. In addition to his parents he was predeceased by his wife Beverly Brown Bourke and a brother James Bourke.

Friends will be received from 2-4, 6-8 P.M. Monday in the Brooks Funeral Home, Inc., 406 E. Washington St., Mount Pleasant where services will be held on Tuesday at 11:00 A.M. with Rev. Bob Huber officiating. Interment will follow in the Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
