Elaine M. Witcoski, 73, of Zion Grove, passed away, late Friday, February 15, 2019 at Select Specialty Hospital of Geisinger Medical Center, Danville, surrounded by her loving family, following a lengthy illness. Born in Shenandoah, December 13, 1945, she was the daughter of the late William and Julia (Lorman) Mazeika and spent the past 22 years in Zion Grove, after moving from Carteret, NJ. Elaine had worked as a Medical Assistant for several doctor’s offices in both NJ and PA.

She had also worked for Cargill, Hazleton. She was a member of St. Joseph’s RC Church, Sheppton, and enjoyed her pet dogs. Surviving are her husband of the past 52 years, Joseph Witcoski, Sr.; three children Lisa Spahn, Zion Grove; Joseph Jr. and his wife Lynda, Hillsborough, NJ; and Lori Cartagena and her husband Roberto, Hillsborough, NJ; and six grandchildren, Ashley, Amber, Alyssa, Joey, Saige, and Mackenzie; a brother William Mazeika and his wife Elaine, Carteret, NJ; and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial servce will be held privately at the convenience of the family. Harman Fuenral Homes & Crematory Inc. (West) 1265 Rock Glen Road, Rock Glen is assisting the family with the arrangements. Online condolences can be entered and more information is available at www.
