Joyce Ann Johnson, 75, of Drums, passed away Wednesday evening, January 30, 2019 at Lehigh Valley Hospital – Cedar Crest, Allentown following a short illness. Born in Bloomsburg, February 10, 1943, she was the daughter of the late Irvin and Elizabeth (Chapin) Haas and spent the past 39 years in Drums after moving from Rock Glen. Joyce had worked for the former St. Regis Company, Valmont Industrial Park.

She enjoyed gardening, the outdoors, knitting and spending time with her family. . She was preceded in death, in addition to her parents, by her husband Robert, who passed away November 14, 1998.

Surviving are three sons Larry Zemany, Jr., Sugarloaf; Eric Zemany and his wife Melissa, Drums; and Jason Johnson and his wife Cassidy, Berwick; a sister June Burns, Clark Summit; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Her funeral will be held privately with a graveside service at the convenience of the family in St. Johns Lutheran and UCC Cemetery, St. Johns. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Eastern PA Chapter, 100 N. 20th street, Suite 405, Philadelphia, PA 19103.
