Obituary for Eleanor Jane Taurence Eleanor Jane Taurence, 67, of Flemington passed away Thursday, March 29, 2018 at Haven Skilled Rehabilitation and Nursing, Lock Haven. Born on September 25, 1950 in Bellefonte, she was the daughter of the late James Anthony Bruno and Eleanor Romaine O’Dell. While living in Michigan, she met and married Timothy C. Taurence who preceded her in death in 2013.
Jane attended Howard Christian Church. She enjoyed crocheting and reading as well as listening to music and watching movies. Surviving is her brother, Anthony (Janine) Bruno of Lock Haven; many nieces and nephews; and her two cats, Greysie and Minnie.
Along with her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by seven brothers: James, Franklin, Richard, John, Joseph, Steven and Michael Bruno and a sister, Rosemary Young. A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 2, 2018 at 11 a.m. at the Howard Christian Church, 367 Walnut St., Howard. Friends and family will be received at the church on Monday from 10 a.m. until the time of the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to either the American Kidney Fund or the Clinton County S.P.C.A. Arrangements are under the direction of the Donald G.
