Elena’s Obituary Elena Jimenez, 80, of Arcadia, FL passed away on March 26, 2019 in Port Charlotte, FL. She was born on August 8, 1928 to the late Mercedes and Andres Gonzales in Jalisco, Mexico. Elena is survived by her husband, Ramon Jimenez; her sons Benjamin and Juan (Hilda) Jimenez of Arcadia, FL; daughter Antonia Jimenez of Arcadia; and nine grandchildren.

She was a homemaker and a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 29, 2019 at 10:00 AM at St. Paul’s Catholic Church, 1208 E Oak Street, Arcadia, FL 34266; burial will follow at Zolfo Springs Baptist Cemetery on E 8th Street, Zolfo Springs, FL 33890. Arrangements have been entrusted to Ponger-Kays-Grady Funeral Homes & Cremation Services.
