Obituary for Ernest L. Parrett Ernest L. Parrett, 81 recently of Rush County, formerly of Franklin County, passed away on October 9, 2018. He was born on October 9, 1937 in Jackson County, KY to the late Cleona (Johnson) and Aaron Parrett, Sr. Ernest worked at Visteon for over 34 years as a compressor maintenance supervisor. He was member of Buena Southern Missionary Baptist Church.

He enjoyed fishing, reading, watching old Western movies, and spending time with family. Ernest is survived by his son, Greg Parrett of Franklin County; brothers, Donald (Darla) Parrett of Rush County and Harold (Donna) Parrett of Rush County; sisters, Margie Parrett Milbourn of Metamora, Barbara Parrett Wyatt of Rushville, Lucy (Danny Joe) Parrett Halcomb of Metamora, Mae Barker of Metamora. He will also be missed by several grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and his dog Jake.

Ernest is preceded in death by his brother, Aaron Parrett, Jr.; sister, Sue Parrett Lynn; step-son, Jim Ratliff; brother-in-law? s, Bill Milbourn, Dale Wyatt, and Eldon Barker. Private Ceremony will be held in the wishes of Ernest.
