Erwin’s Obituary Erwin S. Clemmer, 75 of Harleysville died on Wednesday, February 6, 2019. He was the husband of Marianne (Swan) Clemmer, with whom he shared 50 years of marriage. Born February 15, 1943 in Sellersville, he was a son of the late Erwin and Miriam (Souder) Clemmer.

He was a 1961 graduate of Souderton High School. Erwin spent the beginning of his working days as a truck driver for Mrs. Smith’s and Derstines. He and his wife moved to Colorado where he built a beautiful log home that is still there today.

After returning from Colorado, Erwin spent the rest of his working days as a skilled carpenter. In his younger years Erwin traveled on many work and witness trips with his church. He witnessed in Kenya, Ukraine, Arizona and France.

Erwin loved his grandchildren and cherished the time he spent with them. He was a lover of animals. From feeding ducks with his grandkids to petting the cows on any farm he could get into.

In addition to his wife he is survived by a son Jonathan Clemmer and his wife Wendy, a daughter Beth Weller and her husband Doug, three brothers Earl, Robert, and Rodney Clemmer, and five grandchildren Mackenzie, Blake, Collin, Aaron, and Justin. A viewing will be held on Wednesday, February 13 from 9-10 AM at the Williams-Bergey-Koffel Funeral Home, Inc., 667 Harleysville Pike, Telford, where a funeral service will follow at 10 AM. Interment will be in Limerick Garden of Memories.
