Obituary for Florence Jean Dorsch Florence Jean Dorsch, 97 1/2, of Glenview, passed away May 21, 2018. Beloved mother of Jean (Dan) Kindvall, Donald Dorsch (Fianceè Pamela Dent), and Denise (Jeffrey) Mueller; loving grandmother of Linda Meadow, the late James Meadow, Donny (Karen) Dorsch, Eric (Nicole) Dorsch, Renèe (James) Howarth, Brian Mueller and Michelle Mueller; cherished great grandmother of Lee Stoeckel, Austen Dorsch, Cameron Howarth and Norah Howarth; dear aunt of many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her seven siblings.

She is also survived by the father of Don and Denise, Donald W. Dorsch; her daughter-in-law, Karen M. Dorsch; and her loving companion and cat, Miara. Florence was a HUGE Chicago Blackhawks Fan. She loved to bake for her family and neighbors during the holidays.

She also enjoyed feeding the birds and squirrels in her yard everyday. Most of all she loved spending time with her family especially the grandchildren and great grandchildren. She will be greatly missed.

Visitation will be held Friday, May 25 from 3 to 9pm at N.H. Scott & Hanekamp Funeral Home, 1240 Waukegan Road, Glenview (just south of Lake Ave. on west side) where funeral service will be held Saturday, May 26 at 10:30am. Interment All Saints Cemetery.
