Obituary for Floyd Bowersock Floyd E. Bowersock, 69 Floyd E. Bowersock, 69 of Ashland passed away, Monday, June 25, 2018 in his home following a period of declining health. He was born on August 11, 1948 to the late Forrest and Ruth (nee Smith) Bowersock in Lodi. Floyd retired from Liqui-Box in Ashland after more than 23 years.

Throughout his life, Floyd enjoyed both vegetable and floral gardening. The greatest joy in his life has been spending time with his grandchildren. Floyd is survived by his one daughter, Wanda (Chad) Diehl of Wooster; two sons, Lee Bowersock of Ashland and Brandt (Carly) Bowersock of Dover; seven grandchildren, Darius Smith, Shavon, Breanna, Nicole, and Ashley Bowersock, and Jason and Garrett Diehl; three great grandchildren, Justice Smith, Jake and Josie Lunau; two sisters, Gloria Watson of Ashland and Laverne (Jim) Walsh of Mountain City, Tennessee; and two half sisters, Delores Mundy of Cuyahoga Falls, and Betty Metz of Jackson Center.

In addition to his parents, Floyd is preceded in death by one brother, Lee Bowersock; and two half sisters, Rosemary Bowersock and Marilyn Wagoner. Friends may call Friday, June 29, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the Denbow-Gasche Funeral Home.
