Obituary of Frederick Watson Forestport- Frederick G. Watson, 82, passed away in the comfort of his residence, while surrounded by the loving care of his wife and family and friends, on Monday, March 12, 2018. He was born in Elmira on April 27, 1935, a son of Leman and Evelyn Mitchell Watson. On June 18, 2002, he married Sandra Taylor; later the couple moved to Forestport.

Fred was predeceased by his first wife, Kay, brothers, Rich, Jerry, Blair and a sister, Sylvia and a step son, Marcus Parrott. Fred is survived by a sister, Kathy Siglin and a brother, Bill Watson. Also surviving are his children; Marty and Dawn Watson, Randy Watson, Shannon (Vince) Turner; step children, Michelle (Johnny) Conway, Michael Parrott, Maria (George) Bergen and Mitchell Parrott.

In addition, Fred is survived by his wife, Sandra E. Watson and special grandson, Marcus D., Parrott, whom he greatly admired. Also surviving are numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. In keeping with his wishes there will be no calling hours or services and interment will be private at the convenience of his family.
