Gary Wayne Kugel, 73, of Westminster passed away Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at Carroll Hospice Dove House. Gary was born on February 26, 1945 in Baltimore and was the son of the late John Frederick and Blanche Francis (Bernardi) Kugel, Sr He was the husband of Barbara Ann Kugel, his loving wife of 53 years.

Gary was a warehouse handler. He was an avid pool player and was on several pool leagues in Carroll County. He also enjoyed fishing and riding motorcycles.

Surviving in addition to his wife are daughters and sons-in-law Kimberly and Joseph Lafferty, and Wendy and Frank Turchich; and 3 loving grandchildren Jonathan Lafferty, Tyler Joyave, and Kaitlyn Lafferty. He was predeceased by his brother John Frederick Kugel, Jr. The family will welcome friends on Saturday, June 16, 2018 from 11:00 a.m. until the start of a memorial service at 12 noon at Pritts Funeral Home and Chapel, 412 Washington Rd.
