Gayle’s Obituary Gayle Louise Herrick, 69, of Sweet Springs, MO, died Wednesday, March 27, 2019, at her home. At Gayle’s request a private memorial service will be held at the family home at a later date. Private family inurnment will take place at Fairview Cemetery in Sweet Springs.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials to Sweet Springs Library in care of Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home. An online guestbook is available at www. campbell-lewis.com Born September 21, 1949, in Sioux City, IA, she was the daughter of the late Everett Dillehay and Ardith Cope Narigon.

Gayle was a registered nurse for 44 years with 22 years being spent at Myrtue Medical Center in Harlan, IA, and the last 22 years at Truman Medical Center in Kansas City. On September 21, 1991, she married Edward E. Herrick who preceded her in death on May 9, 2000. Survivors include her children: Teena, Steve, Everett, Ebby, Janet, Crystal, and Sam; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; one brother, John Narigon; one sister, Ardith Sampson; as well as other extended family members.
