Mae Belle’s Obituary Mae Belle McGraw, 93, of Marshall, MO, passed away on Wednesday, March 20, 2019, at Golden Oaks Assisted Living in rural Marshall. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 23, 2019, at Campbell-Lewis Chapel in Marshall, with William W. Harlow officiating. Visitation will be held from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.

Burial will be in Ridge Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Christian Church in Marshall. Friends may sign the online register book at www.

campbell-lewis.com Born June 18, 1925, in Marshall, she was the daughter of the late James Carl Lacy and Mary Ann Bray Lacy. Mae Belle lived in Marshall her entire life and was a 1943 graduate of Marshall High School. On December 28, 1946, she married Walton C. McGraw who preceded her in death on November 24, 1979.

She retired from International Shoe Company in 1987 after 21 years of service. She was a member of the First Christian Church and The Birthday Club. Survivors include two sons, Rick McGraw (Linda) of Raytown, MO and Bob McGraw (Vicki) of Grandview, MO; two grandsons, Shaun McGraw (Anna) of Lee’s Summit, MO and Brian McGraw of Nixa, MO; one step-grandson, David Parker (Jeri) of Lee’s Summit; and several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband, Mae Belle was preceded in death by one brother in infancy; two sisters, Margaret Frances Shaver and Mary Louise Bramble; and longtime companion, Fred Wilkinson. The family would like to thank the Golden Oaks staff for their loving care and compassion the last year and nine months and Crossroads Hospice for their assistance the last week.
