Charlie’s Obituary Charlie Holloway, 80, of rural Marshall, MO, died Tuesday, March 12, 2019 at University Hospital in Columbia. Graveside services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, March 16, 2019 at Blue Lick Cemetery, south of Marshall, with Rev. Claude Fields officiating.

There will not be a visitation. Memorials are suggested to family choice in care of Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home and an online guestbook is available at www. campbell-lewis.com Born May 7, 1938 in Saline County, he was the son of the late Cecil Chester Holloway and Ester Violet Gordon Holloway.

Charlie lived in Saline County his entire life and was married for many years to Anna Short who preceded him in death. On February 12, 2007 he married Ella Adams Thixton who survives of the home. Charlie worked several different jobs throughout the years.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by one daughter, Linda Greer of rural Houstonia; one son, Roy Lee Holloway of Fayette; one brother, Ronnie Holloway of Polo; one sister, Violet Rockey of Kansas; as well as nieces and nephews. Charlie was preceded in death by his parents and first wife; one son, Billy Joe Holloway; and two brothers, Bob and Larry Holloway.
