She was born on August 22, 1921 in Newark N.J., the daughter of Carmello Colucci and Antonio D’Alessio. Geneva is preceded in death by her husband Gerard Gaeta and survived by her sons Gerard Gaeta, (Michelle), of Isle of Palms, S.C., and Anthony Gaeta, (Cathy), of Tinton Falls, N.J.; Grandchildren Nicolette, Justin, Christain, Mark, and Mathew; Great Grandchildren Mathew, Christopher, Jack, Nora, and Henry.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, March 11, 2019 at 11:00 am at St. Michael’s R.C. Church, 800 Ocean Avenue in West End, Long Branch. Burial of cremains will follow at Woodbine Cemetery in Oceanport. Memorial contributions may be made to the Stella Maris Building Fund, or Food for the Poor, Expressions of sympathy may be viewed or submitted online at www.
