Shantha R. Tholkamudalige, 87 of Oakhurst passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 19, 2019 at Riverview Medical Center, Red Bank. Shantha was born in Sri Lanka. Before moving to the United States 20 years ago,he was a self employed photographer.

He will be greatly missed. He is predeceased by a son, Udaya Tholkamudalige. Surviving is his wife Soma Tholkamudalige, a son Kanchana Tholkamudalige and his wife Sumithra, daughter Nayana Tholkamudalige and her husband Pasan, daughter in law, Geethanjali Tholkamudalige , granddaughter , Dilini and her husband Shavinda, and grandsons, Lahiru, Kusal, Sanka, Gayani, Dilu, Hemanga and a great grandson, Shayden.

A Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 21, 2019 from 5-8pm at the Hoffman Funeral Home, 415 Broadway, Long Branch. Cremation will be private. To send flowers or a memorial gift to the family of Shantha R Tholkamudalige please visit our Sympathy Store.
