George William Seidl, 73, died Sunday September 30, 2018 at Manor Care, Appleton. He was born in Appleton on November 14, 1945, son of the late William and Rita (Anthony) Seidl. George married Charlotte Krueger on September 4, 1977.

George could fix almost anything. His passion was working on cars, George was a great mechanic. He loved his St. Bernard dogs, sitting outside in the morning, drinking coffee with Charlotte, and taking car rides with his family.

George’s greatest enjoyment came from time spent with his family, especially his grand children. George is survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Charlotte; his two sons: Max Krueger, Centreville, VA. , and Clint (Kim) Seidl, Menasha; four grand children: Clint Jr., Phillip, Annmarie, and Jordan; two brothers and five sisters.

He was further preceded in death by a sister. Funeral service for George will be 11:00 AM on Thursday October 4, 2018, at VALLEY FUNERAL HOME, with Rev. Mike Huff officiating.

Visitation will be held at the funeral home Thursday morning beginning at 9:00 until the 11:00 AM service. George’s family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at both American Grand and Manor Care, for all of their care and compassion.
