Glenn C. Kisner, 98 of Little Hocking, Ohio formerly of Akron, Ohio died on January 27, 2019. He was born in Parsons, WV on February 29, 1920 and was the son of the late Page Cross and Luella Narcissus Jones Kisner. He retired from the Ohio Edison Power Company following 38 years of service.

He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He had been a member of Berean Bible Church. Survivors include his wife Norma M. Spicer Kisner, two sons, Rowland R. (Deb) Kisner of Bellville, Ohio, Ralph W. (Elaine) Kisner of Akron, Ohio and a daughter Lois M. Kisner of Little Hocking, Ohio.

Also surviving are two sisters, Dorothy Kisner, Julia Cochran and a brother, Richard Kisner all of Parsons, WV. He was preceded in death by his parents, his daughter, Linda S. Kisner; his sisters, Freda Dumire, Shirley Gray, Auzine Kisner, Evelyn Kisner, his brothers, Harry Kisner, Doyle Kisner, and James Kisner. Services will be on Thursday at 12:00 PM at the Leavitt Funeral Home, Belpre with Pastor Ralph Kisner officiating.

Burial will follow in the Fairview Cemetery at LeRoy, WV. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday from 11:00 AM till time of services. The family would like to thank his very special caregiver and donut buddy, Connie Kinney.
