Harold “Mickey’ Doak Harold E. “Mickey” Doak, 89, of Williamstown died January 21, 2019 at the Camden Clark Memorial Hospital. He was born on March 30, 1929 in Doddridge County, WV a son of the late Arnold W. and Eva Allen Doak. Mickey was a long time Funeral Director, having worked in West Union, Weirton, Ireland and finally for Leavitt Funeral Home in Parkersburg retiring as their manager.

Before joining Leavitt, he was a carpet and furniture salesman at Dils Department Store. In his early years, he was an avid turkey hunter with his Dumplin Run cabin friends. He was a member of the Masonic Harmony Lodge #59 of Pennsboro, WV, Nemesis Temple of Parkersburg, and 32-degree Scottish Rite of Freemasonry, Parkersburg.

He also attended First Christian Church in Parkersburg. He is survived by his wife, P. Maxine Doak; son, Edward Mark (Marsha) Doak of Elkins, WV; three grandsons, Justin, Joshua (Jennifer) and Travis Doak; two step-grandsons, Jeremy and Travis Ludwig; two great granddaughters and one step-great granddaughter. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Duaine Doak and one step-son Jerry Ludwig.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, January 23, 2019, 1:00 pm at the Leavitt Funeral Home of Parkersburg. Burial will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery with masonic rites by the Masonic Harmony Lodge #59.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, January 22, 2019 from 4- 6 pm at the Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg, WV. In lieu of flowers, make donations to the Masonic Harmony Lodge #59, Pennsboro, WV.
