Nelda Gay (Pratt) Hall, 90, of Belpre died January 18, 2019 at home. Nelda was born on December 14, 1928 in West Union,WV and was the daughter of the late John T. and Talitha E. Baker Pratt. She was the last surviving sibling of a family of 14.

April 26, 1947 she was married to Ralph C. Hall, who preceded her in death on February 2, 2013. Nelda attended Belpre Heights United Methodist Church. Nelda is survived by one son John Hall (Penny) of Vincent, OH; three daughters Donna Ingraham (Don) of Vincent, Janet Ingraham (Richard) of Waverly, WV and Patty Wolfe (Jeff) of Belpre; a daughter-in-law Mathilde Hall; eight grandchildren David Hall, Craig Hall, Marion Marshall, Jason Hall, Michael Shane Lupardus, Dek Ingraham, Amanda Ingraham and Jeffrey Wolfe; eight great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband Ralph, she was preceded in death by a son Gary L. Hall. Funeral services will be 11am Thursday January 24, 2019, at the Leavitt Funeral Home Belpre, with Rev. Rod Brower officiating.

Burial will follow at Rockland Cemetery. Visitation will be 5-8 pm Wednesday at Leavitt Funeral Home, Belpre. Memorial Contributions can be made to the Belpre Heights United Methodist Church, 720 Clement Ave, Belpre, OH 45714.
