Harold Douglas Moore, 72, of Leavittsburg, passed away on Friday September 7, 2018 at his residence with his family at his side. On March 23, 1946 in Cass, WV Jesse and Linda Plyler Moore welcomed birth of their son Harold. Harold proudly served our country in the US Army in Vietnam.

On August 29, 1969 Linda Lewis and Harold were united in marriage. He was employed by General Motors as a painter for 30 years. In his spare time he enjoyed farming and hunting.

Cherished memories of Harold will be carried on by his sons Brian D. Moore, William T. Moore both of Braceville, Michael C. Moore of Southington, his daughters Teresa Persino of Braceville, Shelia Sharp of Marlinton, WV, 7 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Preceding Harold in death were his parents, wife Linda, brothers Jack, William, and Sonny, and sisters Ernestine Buzzard, and Maxine Elza. Private family services will be held at a later date.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Bernard P. Borowski Memorial Home.
