Harriet J. Kraner, 96, of Grand Ledge, MI, went to be with the Lord April 8, 2018. She was born February 8, 1922 in Chicago, IL, daughter of Fenton and Helen (Leffler) Hibben. Harriet was a retired secretary and traveled along with her late husband L. Arnold as missionaries in British Giana and Trinidad.

She enjoyed gardening, flowers, spending time with family and wintering in Palm Springs. She is preceded in death by her first husband of 57 ½ years, Lewis Arnold Kraner, second husband, Leland McElmurry; son Douglas Kraner in 2016 and grandson, Brent Shepard in 2009.
