Helen Lake, 101, passed away Friday, May 24, 2019. She was born August 27, 1917 in Eureka to Joseph and Shell Fuller. She is survived by her daughter, Susan Lake of Tucson, Arizona; sons, Joe Bob (Nyakio) Lake of Leawood and John Lake of Pratt; 5 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; and 5 great great grandchildren.

Helen was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Lake and 2 grandsons. From 1950 to 1980 Helen worked alongside her husband, Robert, at Western Savings Association. She was active in the First United Methodist Church, Pratt Regional Medical Center Auxiliary, Pilot Club and PEO.

Perhaps her greatest joy was her family who cherished her in return. Cremation has taken place and there will be a come and go celebration of life from 2-4 p.m., Sunday, June 2, 2019 at Larrison Mortuary, 300 Country Club Road, Pratt. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Pratt Public Library or Pratt Regional Medical Center in care of Larrison Mortuary.
