Ira M. Landreth, age 91, of Orange Park, FL passed away on Saturday, January 26, 2019. She was born in Sandersville, GA to Edward and Mamie Mitchell on November 18, 1927. She had been a longtime member of First Baptist Church of Orange Park and will be fondly remembered as a faithful wife, strong and loving mother, and good and loyal friend.

She was a gifted artist and especially loved painting and she also enjoyed gardening. Above all, she loved her family and cherished her pets. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Mrs. Landreth was preceded in death by her parents and by her husband, Adger E. Landreth. She is survived by her 2 children: Susan Landreth and Philip Landreth; a nephew, Jack Mealey; and a niece, Jean Lewis. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, February 1, 2019 in the chapel of Jacksonville Memory Gardens Funeral Home.

Pastor David Tarkington will officiate. The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until the hour of service. Interment will follow in Jacksonville Memory Gardens Cemetery in the Garden of Last Supper.

She will be laid to rest next to her husband on what would have been their 68th wedding anniversary. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Salvation Army at www. salvationarmy.org To plant a tree in memory of Ira Landreth, please visit our Tribute Store.
