Jabari Isaiah Rogers, 17, of Northcliffe Drive, Winston Salem, NC, passed away Sunday, March 3, at Novant Health Rowan Medical Center, Salisbury, NC. He was born April 13, 2001 in Cabarrus County to Steven Ray Rogers, Jr. and Delisa Lee Grigsby. Jabari was educated in the Cabarrus County School System and was employed with Carolina Mall.

Services will be held Sunday, March 10, 2019 at Clark Funeral Home Chapel, 923 Indiana St., Kannapolis, NC. Visitation will be at 2:00 – 3:00 PM with funeral services following at 3:00 PM. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Brenda Banks.

Those left to cherish fond memories include his father, Steven Ray Rogers, Jr. of Concord; his mother, Delisa Lee Grigsby of the home; five brothers, Trequan Rogers, Jahmeri Rogers, Omarion Rogers, Brandon Rogers and Hayden Rogers; one sister, Tashirio Banks of Kannapolis; maternal grandfather, Glend Grigsby of Concord; maternal step grandmother, Denise Grigsby of Concord; paternal grandmother, Vibertia Grady of Concord; paternal grandfather, Steven Ray Rogers, Sr. of Kannapolis paternal great grandmother, Lucille Rogers of Kannapolis and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
