Sons include Mark Prazak (Sandy) of West Palm Beach, FL; Keith Prazak (Marie) of Lewisville, TX; Bob Netrow (Heather) of Fortson, GA; and Kerry Prazak (Kim) of Keller, TX. Daughters include Karla Prazak of Channelview, TX; Kayla Prazak Heitmeyer of Conroe, TX; Karen Prazak Guay (Jim) of Tyler, TX and sister, Beverly Prazak Brenner (Bob) of Longview, TX. Jack will be fondly remembered by his grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family and their dear friends.
