Ms. Jacklyn Lee Tate, 71 of 2810 Hopkins Rd. Bahama, NC passed away at Duke Regional Hospital on November 3, 2018. Jackie was born the daughter of James Tate and Emma Louise Shoffner Tate, both deceased.

She was educated in the Alamance County School System and was a graduate of North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. For many years she was employed as a Private Duty Healthcare provider with JFK Towers for over 25 years. She leaves loving memories to her son: Charles Pace; and her two brothers Joseph F. Tate and John T. Tate and several nieces & nephews other relatives and dear friends.

She now joins her parents, husband: Fred Julius Turrentine and siblings: Jerry W. Tate, James Tate, Joyce Everette Tate and June Carol Tate McAdoo…what a heavenly reunion.
