James R. Dell, 87, Duncansville, passed away Saturday at Epworth Manor. He was born in Duncansville, son of the late Roy A. and Mary (Freet) Dell. He married Belva J. Kephart in 1960.

Surviving are his wife of 58 years; a daughter, Rhonda Wallace and husband, Donald, of Duncansville; three grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and two siblings: Ethel Mae Walters and Donald Dell, both of Duncansville. Jim retired from Hollidaysburg School District after 27 years of service as a custodian. He enjoyed playing horseshoes, lawn darts and swinging on the front porch.

Friends will be received from 10 a.m. to noon Wednesday, Oct. 24, 2018, at Sorge Funeral Home Inc., Hollidaysburg, where a funeral service will follow at noon, Pastor Dr. David Huston officiating. Interment will be at Carson Valley Cemetery.
